Joe Oliveira Joined the CAVH group in the fall of 2022. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at UW-Madison. He received his bachelor from UW-Madison in 2019 and has been working on roadway construction since then. He is interested in how to improve safety and performance of CAV interaction with construction work zones.
