Asadur Rahman received his Ph.D. degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering in Summer 2020 from University of Wisconsin-Madison, second master’s degree in Transportation Engineering in 2012 from Illinois Institute of Technology, and first M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering in 2009 from Western Michigan University. He is currently working at Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
