Leyu Wei received her Ph.D degree in Highway College from Chang’an University in 2020. She was offered by CAST to visit the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019 from June to November. Now she is working with consulting services and technical research of CVIS. Her research is about ITS, CVIS, road alignment design, emergency evacuation, traffic operation and management, driver’s behavior psychology.
